Incorrect shipping information

- If your order has already shipped, we are not able to change the address.
Ashby Sewing is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
- Then email us at sales@ashbysewing.com with your order number and details.
We will work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue. In some cases a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion once a claim is filed and reviewed.
