This drawstring backpack is easy to assemble and appropriate for a Tween sewing projects. Learn threading your sewing machine, winding a bobbin, machine safety, and safe use of an iron in this class as you learn to sew straight as well as gentle curving seams, topstitch, and more. Bring your sewing machine with all the cords, foot pedal, instruction manual, one empty bobbin, machine accessories, pincushion with straight pins, and sewing scissors. The supply list for this project is available by email or in the store when you register for class.
Bring your lunch, canned drink, and a snack or two. Bottled water is available.
