Thread Painting: Stone Mountain Covered Bridge

In this class you will learn how to embellish a printed picture with various colors of embroidery thread. The picture printed on fabric will be provided, along with batting and backing fabric.
Supplies:
Sewing machine in good working order
40 weight polyester thread in many shades of green, beige, and brown
80/12 embroidery needle
Bobbin thread
Darning or free-motion foot
Several quilting pins to hold fabric, batting, and backing together
