Complete a small project as you take your basic sewing machine skills to the next level in this hands-on class. Learn sewing techniques such as maintaining accurate seam allowances, what are grain lines, proper pinning, and pressing your seams. Master sewing curves and corners in addition to easily creating a machine-made buttonhole. You will even sew on a flat button as you complete your project. This class is packed with information to keep you going in your creative sewing journey. Bring your machine, power cord, foot pedal, one bobbin wound with any color sewing thread, presser feet, scissors, straight pins with pincushion, and your instruction book. Other needed supplies are furnished in class. Prerequisite: Must know how to thread and operate your sewing machine.
