Not everyone is a sewing expert, and everyone has to start somewhere. Whether you are experienced or a novice, we have a sewing classes that will help you hone your skills and grow!

(Note: The surcharge on the class fee is a charge for the kit that you will use in the class.)

Serger Basics

Description:

This class will give the new serger owner confidence in operating this awesome machine.  A thorough understanding of serging will eliminate 90% of the difficulties new owners often experience.  (Babylock self-threading owners will also benefit from this class, as they will also learn aspects of serging as well.)  The remaining 10% is remembering what is learned!  Topics covered: general maintenance, threading procedure (not for “jet-air” threaded machines), manipulation of tensions for desired results (not “jet-air”) and 4 thread seaming. Supply list.
